Shipping and returns

We strive to ship your order on the same day, if ordered before 15:00 hours. You will always be notified when your order has been shipped. For the delivery time we depend on the parcel service in most cases this is 1 to 2 working days within the Netherlands, other countries can take up to 5 working days.

Are you not satisfied with the delivered product or is it not what you expected? Please contact us via our return form. We only return unused items. After we have received your return form we will give you the return instructions.

By ticking these terms, you agree to the following:

• Visfileren.nl assumes no responsibility for the use of the ordered items
• Items must be paid in advance
• Items can only be returned unused and in original packaging
• When returning items, it is checked first if they have been unused
• By accepting these terms, you agree that you may receive information and news items via email from visfileren.nl and fileermessen.nl
• Items can be returned up to one week after payment (unused)
• Visfileren.nl assumes no responsibility for the duration of the shipping
