6-day course Volendam 2019:

(under reservation; September, date is not yet known).

  • Start Tuesday evening (most likely September) at 6:45 PM to 9:15 PM.
  • 6 Tuesday evenings in a row.
  • The students take the fish (4-5 kg) that is filleted / cleaned home.
  • All known fish species are covered.
  • Lesson from highly experienced fish connoisseurs and fillers of well-known fish wholesalers and production fillers.
  • Very educational but also fun!
  • Course costs EUR 210 including knife set, excluding the fish.
  • Fish is charged per evening and is approximately EUR 15-20 at a time, depending on the type of fish.
  • Location: Mooijer-Volendam, Dwarskuul 2, 1131 PS Volendam

Bring two Tupperware boxes yourself (not too small) and a cooler bag / box to put in the fish. Put on good footwear because it can be damp and therefore slippery. Furthermore, a sweater is also recommended due to the cooling.
