8-day course Katwijk 2019:

  • Starts Monday evening, October 7 at 7:15 PM to 9:15 PM.
  • 8 consecutive Monday evenings.
  • The students take the fish (4-5 kg) that is filleted / cleaned home.
  • All known fish species are covered.
  • Lesson from highly experienced fish connoisseurs and fillers of well-known fish wholesalers and production fillers.
  • Very educational but also fun!
  • Course costs EUR 230 including knife set worth EUR 45, excluding the fish.
  • Fish is charged per evening and is approximately EUR 15-20 at a time, depending on the type of fish.

Bring two Tupperware boxes yourself (not too small) and a cooler bag / box to put in the fish. Put on good footwear because it can be damp and therefore slippery. Furthermore, a sweater is also recommended due to the cooling.
